Refund Policy

We want every client to feel confident and supported when engaging Wealth Mobility LLC. Below are our cancellation and refund terms.
1. Consultations & 1-on-1 Sessions
- Full refund: Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
- Reschedule: Free of charge if requested at least 24 hours before the session.
- No-show / late cancellation: Within 24 hours of session = no refund, but a 50% credit may be applied to a future session at our discretion.
2. Strategy Packages & Multi-Session Bundles
You may request a refund for unused sessions within 7 days of your initial purchase. Used sessions are non-refundable. After 7 days, remaining sessions are non-refundable but remain valid for 12 months from purchase.
3. Workshops & Group Programs
- Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before the event.
- 50% refund if cancelled between 3 and 7 days before the event.
- No refund within 72 hours of the event start time.
- If the event is cancelled by Wealth Mobility LLC, you receive a full refund or option to transfer to a future session.
4. Digital & Educational Resources
Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products and recordings, all purchases of digital educational content are final and non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email info@mywealthmobility.com with your name, the service purchased, and the date of purchase. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method (PayPal or Wise).
6. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us first before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving any concerns directly and fairly.
